What is Amlou and how is it made?
Amlou is a traditional Moroccan paste made from roasted almonds, cold‑pressed argan oil, and pure honey. Our recipes are 100 % handcrafted in collaboration with local cooperatives.
What is the shelf life of your Amlou jars?
Our 250 g and 500 g jars have a minimum shelf life of 12 months from the production date. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
What allergens does Amlou contain?
Amlou contains tree nuts (almonds) and honey. It is naturally gluten‑free, dairy‑free, and soy‑free.
Do you offer a vegan (honey‑free) option?
We are currently developing a vegan, honey‑free variant. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it’s available.

Do you offer seasonal or limited‑edition flavors?
Yes! We regularly release limited‑edition Amlou flavors (e.g. orange blossom, fig infusion). Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for announcements.

How are products protected during shipping?
Each jar is wrapped in recycled kraft paper and secured in a reinforced cardboard box with biodegradable cushioning.
What if my order arrives damaged or melted?
Please email photos to contact@ammloubio.com within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
How can I request a refund or exchange?
